Wine from Cuchery
The Champagne Albert Levasseur produces the Rue du Sorbier Brut Nature from the Les Gautelleries parcel in Cuchery. The cuvée consists of 80 % Meunier, 15 % Pinot Noir and 5 % Chardonnay. The parcel planted in 1973 provides an undosed Champagne, containing 75 % vintage wine and 25 % reserve wine, which matures on the lees for more than 36 months. The production specifies complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, stepwise cold stabilisation at −3 °C over 15 days, and tangential filtration using ceramic membranes.
